With no war to fight, we assume he’s planning on bringing his command of the Unsullied to a peaceful nation to live out the rest of their days and admire the beauty of Naath, as told by Missandei. We can surmise based off of their relationship, and Grey Worm’s steadfast commitment to the women in his life, that he intends on visiting Naath despite the fact that he can’t live up to the half of his promise where he would have brought Missandei back to her homeland. In Game of Thrones’ last season, she tells Grey Worm of her desire to go back to Naath once the war is over and he promises that they’ll go there together when the time is right.Įven though, along with Missandei, this idealized future is now dead, Grey Worm is committed to honoring his last promise to his lost love. Although it’s also the location where she was first taken for slavery - at age 5, abducted to Slaver’s Bay where we are first introduced to her as a translator - Missandei has fond memories of Naath’s famous beauty. She reminisces about its white beaches and lush greenery to Grey Worm in a heartfelt moment between the pair. ![]()
